APROCASSI Cooperative was formed by smallholder farmers in 2020 to combat mining companies encroaching on the San Ignacio area for precious metals and minerals. APROCASSI has grown since then, with 634 member farmers set on protecting their farmlands and producing high-quality, certified coffees. This coffee is round and comforting with a lingering apple note that balances the cup.
