Dickson studied psychology and biology before redirecting entirely toward wine, spending years working with several well-regarded producers internationally before returning to Oregon. The winery is built around Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Syrah exclusively, sourced from vineyards with strong terroir and sustainable stewardship. The cellar philosophy is patience-first: Chardonnay spends 12 months in barrel followed by 6 to 10 months in stainless before release; Pinot Noir stays in élevage 11 to 18 months; the Willamette Valley Pinot is bottled at the same time as the single-vineyard wines, nearly two years after harvest. No shortcuts on any line in the range.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"G.
