Winemaker Jose Mas Barberà leads the project, focused on village-specific wines from old vines on steep terraced llicorella slopes. Animal traction is used to work the soil on the steepest terraces. The cellar is built into the side of a mountain in El Molar in the southeastern Priorat, occupying an old Roman magnesium mine.
