Nolwenn, from Brittany, worked in publishing in Paris before meeting Matthieu, who had left a finance career to return to his family's roots in wine. The couple restored a small, long-neglected parcel of vines at the confluence of several Pouilly-Fumé terroirs. Matthieu oversees the vineyard and cellar; Nolwenn manages the estate's organization and hospitality.
