Foradori converted the Fontanasanta hillside to Nosiola in 2007, uprooting the Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc previously planted there. Nosiola is an ancient Trentino variety, nearly extinct two decades ago, used traditionally in the production of Vino Santo.
