An amphitheater of terraced plots at 637 to 672 metres above sea level, the highest elevation of the six Lindes villages. Calcareous soils described locally as Tuffeau. The elevation and north-facing foothills of the Sonsierra give the wine a cooler, more structured profile than the lower-altitude Lindes villages, with the Garnacha component contributing floral lift and the calcareous soils a saline, mineral backbone. The tiny production makes it the most allocation-sensitive wine in the range.

Lindes de Remelluri was conceived by Telmo Rodríguez in 2010 as a village wine project modeled on the Burgundian concept of commune-level terroir expression, applied to the villages and hamlets surrounding the Granja Nuestra Señora de Remelluri estate in Rioja Alavesa. The growers who contribute fruit to each cuvée are the same families who have farmed these sites for generations, now working under organic, biodynamic, and regenerative practices. Telmo describes the philosophy as "winery in the back, village in the front." Remelluri itself was acquired by the Rodríguez family in 1967 and has been biodynamically farmed since Telmo took the helm in 2009.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0754/3206/7378/files/10_71c40b16-8ef3-4a1e-b747-1f44c52e91f0.webp?v=1780694145
