At one point, they were the town’s largest producer of Scotch whisky.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEye: Pale gold\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNose: Sweet and approachable with notes of honey, canned peaches, fresh pear, and spice cake.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePalate: Medium viscosity. Palate is initially spice-driven with allspice, ginger, and wood spice. Orchard fruit returns with notes of cooked apples and pears.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFinish: Medium in length, with persistent fruit notes. Lingering peach pie with sweet vanilla cream. Amaretto-like sweetness with slight bitterness bringing depth.
