Aged 12 months in used 300L French oak. No fining, no filtration. High in natural acidity and tannin, Graciano is typically used as a blending component in Rioja and Navarra to add structure and longevity to Tempranillo-dominant wines. At 2,900 bottles, it is the smallest production wine in the range.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"ltr\"\u003eViña Zorzal was established by the three Sanz brothers, Xabi, Iñaki, and Mikel, in 2007, building on their father Antonio's Vinícola Corellana founded in 1989. The brothers farm 52 hectares across six villages in southern Navarra, all by hand.
