She founded Catracha Coffee Company, a social enterprise that helps local smallholder farmers produce specialty coffee. Maria Adela Nolasco is one of their member farmers, and we have been purchasing her entire lot since our early days of partnership with Catracha. Adela’s coffee is full and rich, with flavors of red grape, sweet plantain, and butter pecan!
