ETSU means "PLEASURE" in Japanese. Etsu is elaborated at Asahikawa distillery, Hokkaido, following a secret Asian recipe using Juniper berries, green bitter orange and yuzu peel, coriander seeds, angelica, and licorice roots. The yellow YUZU dominates this floral gin. Filtration through charcoal.

Tasting Notes: COLOR / Clear. NOSE / Floral & vegetal, notes of citrus and yuzu. PALATE / Fresh and well-balanced, with hints of green tea and Juniper berries. FINISH / Sansho pepper ending on yuzu notes.
