Clear eye. Floral & vegetal bouquet, notes of citrus and yuzu. The palate is fresh and well-balanced, with hints of green tea and Juniper berries. Sansho pepper and yuzu on the finish.

ETSU means pleasure in Japanese. Etsu is elaborated at Asahikawa distillery, Hokkaido, following a secret Asian recipe using Juniper berries, green bitter orange and yuzu peel, coriander seeds, angelica, and licorice roots. The yellow YUZU dominates this floral gin. Filtration through charcoal.
