"The Yount Mill Vineyard has been organically farmed by the Hoxey family for 4 generations in the heart of the Napa Valley. Located on bale loam clay, the fruit was hand-picked on August 23rd. The premier cut (approximately 80 gallons per ton) was fermented in neutral French oak puncheons and underwent malolactic fermentation. In the spring of 2024, it was hand bottled to achieve 5.8 Bars of atmospheric pressure without fining or filtration before being left to age in bottle for 30 months. The wine was then hand riddled and disgorged without the addition of sulfur or dosage.
