Organically farmed 40-year-old Verdicchio vines from the San Michele cru near Cupramontana are hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed. Native yeast fermentation in cement tanks, where the wine also ages to preserve purity and minerality. No oak is used, yielding a clean, site-driven expression. 2,400 bottles produced.
