Crunchy & fresh, with plenty of expressive red & blue fruit, purple flowers, and subtle dried herbs. Juicy and delicious.

This blend of 44% Grenache, 43% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre, 4% Carignan, and 4% Cinsault is produced from a soil of galets roules (rounded riverbed stones) on the plateau of Signargues. It was fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged 8 months in concrete, then bottled unfiltered with minimal added sulfur.

Signargues plateau, right bank of the Rhône, just south of Tavel, across the river from Avignon. Alluvial soils covered with galets roulés (polished riverbed stones), the same stone-covered terrain as Châteauneuf-du-Pape directly across the Rhône.

Blended annually by Kermit Lynch working with winemaker and co-op cellar Les Vignerons d'Estézargues. No inoculation. Sulfur kept to a bare minimum. Bottled without filtration.

The Cuvée Kermit Lynch is produced in collaboration with Les Vignerons d'Estézargues, a co-op founded in 1965 on the right bank of the Rhône that has championed organic viticulture and natural winemaking for decades. The blend is assembled each year by Lynch from tanks representing growers across the Signargues plateau. The co-op works exclusively with growers who farm organically, and manages the cellar without inoculation, without fining, and without filtration. The wine launched with the 2022 vintage.
