Pear, pastry, peach, and honeysuckle on the nose with orange zest. Medium to full-bodied, concentrated and rich, supported by tangy acidity and a long saline finish. The 2020-based lot shows pronounced focus and tension, with a spritely and energetic mousse, clarity, and pithy citrus. Red fruit, dried flowers, mint, spice, and lemon confit.

70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. Grand Cru fruit sourced primarily from Ambonnay (approximately 70%), with Bouzy, Verzenay, and Verzy making up the remainder. Average vine age 40 years. Organic farming practices: no herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. No formal certification held by producer's deliberate choice.
