Château Lestrille is a family estate in Saint-Germain-du-Puch between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers, certified Ecocert organic, HVE, and Bee Friendly. The estate is committed to environmental biodiversity, planting a micro-forest and hedges between plots in partnership with an environmental association. The Clairet is a Bordeaux-specific appellation producing wines between rosé and light red, a style historically associated with the region before rosé became the dominant category for light red-fruit wines.
