A skin-contact blend of Grüner Veltliner, Muskateller, and Welschriesling grown organically in the loess-rich soils of Carnuntum, Austria. Fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, two weeks on the skins before aging on the lees in stainless steel, no fining or filtration. Minimal sulfur and a focus on vibrancy, texture, and natural expression.
