"The 2021 Fiano di Avellino Ciro 906 is distinctly savory, with a burst of crushed stone giving way to minty herbs and freshly sliced green apple. This sweeps across the palate with a reverberation of salty minerals and spice, further enhanced by a core of brisk acidity. Hints of candied citrus linger alongside tart orchard fruits as the 2021 finishes long, youthfully tense, and minty-fresh."
