Bright & juicy, showing red cherry, raspberry, and floral aromas with subtle herbal and earthy notes. Fresh and lively with smooth tannins and a light-to-medium body, finishing clean and mineral. Playful and elegant.

Organically and biodynamically farmed Cabernet Franc from the plains of Panzoult and Cravant-les-Côteaux, hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel. The wine is aged in tank to preserve its bright fruit and floral purity, reflecting a minimal-intervention style focused on freshness and immediacy. Bottled at 12.5% ABV, it represents the domaine’s most playful, accessible cuvée.

The estate has been farmed organically since 2008 has been Demeter-certified biodynamic since 2016. Winemaking at the estate is overseen by Audrey Braccini, who previously managed Domaine Ferret, Pouilly-Fuissé.
