Our Red Wine Spritz, a piquette by any other name, is a gluggable, upcycled beverage that, though you didn’t know until now, is that one thing missing in your life.

After pressing Cabernet Franc grapes for wine, we add water to the pomace, which is then fermented, producing a wine-adjacent, lower ABV drink. We then blend finished Grenache wine for pH adjustment and to boost aromatics.

After blending, we incorporate additional sugar and yeast so that a final fermentation can occur in the can, resulting in a fine, expressive carbonation.

Piquette is perfect from the can, in your favorite glass, over ice, or in your favorite spritzy cocktail.
