Our Club Soda has a silky smooth texture and a high level of carbonation; it has no aroma so it can effectively bring to life the flavors of the premium spirit it's being mixed with. 

Our Club Soda is our simplest product. After our water is carbonated with lots of very fine bubbles, we add a hint of Scottish Sea Salt, that enhances naturally occuring flavours in the spirits it's paired with.

We are proud to use Scottish sea salt for our drinks. Renowned for its distinctive quality, the salt we use is collected using a unique method that involves crystallising salt on large towers of Blackthorn bushes. Situated on the Scottish West Coast, the Ayrshire sea water passes through a large thorn tower to create a delicious brine before being crystalised into premium salt crystals. This is a salt like no other, celebrated for the natural process used to harvest it & its uniquely sweet and umami flavour.
