Serious rose from Casa Balaguer. Much less a crisp, fresh Provencal rose - more a serious wine in its own right, unfurling with bright floral aromatics, pomegranate, spice, and mineral. The wine is made with the Monastrell variety and raised in Amphora.

Stony and lean, with a wildly expressive raspberry note and an autumn rusty pink color. Like smashed pomegranate with orange peel and rose petals. An umami-balsamic character gives the wine texture, and makes this a delightful pairing for many satisfying meals. This Monastrell aged in amphora is for the gastronomic rosé lover. 

Organic and made without any additions.
