Pale ruby tending toward raspberry-grenadine. Morello cherry, sloe, graphite, rose petal, and a subtle smokiness on the nose. The palate is juicy red fruit, sappy energy, fine-grained texture, and a vibrant, lifted finish.

100% Pinot Noir from steep limestone slopes with glacial deposits.

Whole-bunch fermentation in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts. 15% aged briefly in oak barrels. Unfined, unfiltered.

France Gonzalvez began her winemaking career in 2008 in Beaujolais with half a hectare, training alongside Xavier Bénier, Jean-Claude Lapalu, Marcel Lapierre, and Jean-Marc Métras, a foundational natural wine education. By 2014 she had expanded to six hectares, farming and cellaring largely independently with her husband Olivier. Her Beaujolais cuvées appeared on wine lists in Montreal, Copenhagen, San Francisco, and Tokyo. She returned to her native Savoie in 2020. The Toni P is named for her father Antoine.
