Aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, and citrus zest, subtle flowers and wild herbs. Bright with refreshing with pithy tannins. Hints of pomegranate and rose petal. Crisp and refined.

Co-planted and co-fermented red and white varieties from one of the estate's oldest Gemischter Satz vineyards, where red and white grapes grow together in the same plot. Exact variety list not disclosed for this cuvée. The estate cultivates 12 white and 21 red varieties across its Vienna holdings, including Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, Traminer, Zweigelt, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and more!

Two distinct vineyard areas: Kalksburg and Mauer in Vienna's southern 23rd district, on primary rock, dolomite limestone, and heavy clay-loam soils; and Bisamberg in the northern 21st district, on loess, sandy loam, and Flysch sandstone. Warm daytime temperatures with cool nights from the Pannonian and Thermenregion climate influence. Certified organic, AT-BIO-301.

Spontaneous fermentation from one of the estate's oldest co-planted Gemischter Satz vineyards where red and white varieties grow together. No fining, no filtration, minimal sulfur.

Fuchs-Steinklammer was formed in 1989 when Kurt Fuchs of Vienna's northern 21st district and Helene Steinklammer of the southern 23rd district married and merged their two estates. The family has been farming in Vienna since 1697. In 2015 they began converting to organic farming. Stefan Fuchs is the tenth-generation winemaker, expanding the boundaries of Gemischter Satz through extended skin fermentations, rosé, and orange wine expressions alongside the traditional white iterations. The Natural Rosé is produced from a single co-planted vineyard where red and white varieties are harvested and fermented together, the result classified as Rosé due to its color and the proportion of red varieties in the blend.
