This Oüd Bruin (old brown ale) was fermented and aged in oak with our house culture, then blended with original flash brew and infused with whole Colombian beans from Verve Coffee Roasters in Santa Cruz, California. Two millimeters per hour is the scientifically calculated speed of death: for some, too fast; for others, an aching eternity; for all, flavors of cherry, pineapple, sweet caramel, and mild acidity.
