Lunch is a finback whale that was spotted off the coast of Maine as early as 1982. Her dorsal fin looks as though a bite has been taken out of it, adding to her distinctive character. We dedicate this beer to her persistence and determination.
Flavors: Aromas of caramel, orange, papaya, grapefruit, and underlying floral notes, with hints of onion and garlic.
Hops: Amarillo, Centennial, Simcoe
