75% Pinot Gris (26 days skin contact), 15% Riesling (direct-pressed, barrel-fermented), and 10% Gewürztraminer (14 days skin contact). Grapes sourced from No Clos Radio, Johan, and Ony Mora vineyards—organically or biodynamically farmed on volcanic and marine soils. Each component fermented separately, aged in neutral French oak, blended in spring, and bottled unfined, unfiltered, with a small SO₂ addition.
