Dry farmed, hand harvested, indigenous yeast fermented, low sulfur vinification & aging, whole cluster fermented.

This wine is made from a mix of Pinot Noir and Gamay grapes, all hand-picked from a 65-year-old vineyard in the Vallée des Maranges. A rarity in the fact that all the grapes come from the same single vineyard. After 15 days of whole-bunch maceration, it spends 12 months aging in oak barrels. Working in perfect harmony, this blend is a nice entry point into the house style. Lifted, fun, and refreshing.
