Nose of lime zest, melon, and sparkling minerality. Nervy acidity with peach, clementine, cantaloupe, and more minerals. Finish is long and crisp with yet more crystalline minerality and clean citrus. 

This is as-classic-as-it-gets Albariño with great length, tension, and energy. The Dandelion is great as an aperitif, and absolute perfection paired with fresh oysters, lean sashimi, or salty conservas.
