Our trout is spring-raised in the California Sierra, a carbon-neutral operation powered by hydroelectricity. From their natural habitat, the fish go directly to our cannery partners in Southern Oregon.
The salmon and tuna in our tins are wild, hook-and-line caught in Northern California by day-boat fishermen. They're seasonally harvested and hand-filleted with the bloodline removed — an essential step that keeps the fish fresh and eliminates the 'fishy' taste most brands overlook.
We're here to revive California’s canning tradition — thoughtfully, locally, and with care. Our roots are in San Francisco, and we're working to bring our cannery process home. Along the way, we're partnering with like-minded fishermen, suppliers and producers.
