- Mash bill of 75% corn, 15% rye, 10% malted barley; all grain non-GMO
- Produced using ground-fed, limestone-filtered spring water
- Aged for a minimum of 3 years
- A decadent nose of banana bread, butterscotch, red apple, and cinnamon transitions to a bold palate of raisin, vanilla extract, burnt sugar, and toasted hazelnut.
