Newtown Pippin Apples from a 100 year old feral orchard in the mountains above Corralitos (Santa Cruz Co.). This was a late season harvest, much of it fresh drops.

All apples were macerated and left on skins for two weeks before pressing. Aged sur lie in neutral French oak with bi-monthly batonnage for one year, then blended with a small amount of late season apples from Tomales 2023 harvest at bottling. Aged in bottle since Dec 14th 2023.
