Sagebrush Cider 2023 Harvest- a blend of apples and quince hand picked between Corralitos and Sebastopol, California. Varieties include Newtown Pippin, Arkansas Black, Golden Delicious, Winter Banana, and wild seedling apples and quince. Fermented and aged sur lie in barrels for two years, with periodic submersion of wild CA Sagebrush from the San Jose Foothills.

Pleiades is a small operation focused on little to no intervention cider making with fruit from dry farmed, feral, and wild seedling trees, the older the better. All natural ferments, no filters or SO2 added.
