Clear, deep bronze amber with a burnished bronze and red highlights. Berry and citrus aromas with licorice and dark chocolate. The palate is bittersweet, complex, and tightly integrated with berry and citrus reappearing, with espresso, dark chocolate, black licorice, nuts, and spices. The finish is long lingering licorice, berry fruit, citrus zest, and herbal bitterness.

A bitter apéritif made from 33 different herbs, including gentian and orange peel. Ramazzotti was established in Milan in 1815 by herbalist, Ausano Ramazzotti.
