Mortification is a full-bodied Belgian-inspired Quadrupel. We ferment Mortification with one of our house Belgian yeast strains. It has notes of dried fruit, stone fruit, chocolate, and spice. Mortification is refermented in the bottle to create its fine carbonation. Pour slowly, allowing the natural yeast sediment to remain.
