What's Behind Our Baked Goods?
Experience and consistency. We've been using the same sourdough starter for our flatbreads since our business began. Others might choose to source their crème fraîche, but we make ours in small batches, from scratch, every week with ingredients supplied by local dairies. Our fruit? We choose from the best producers for optimal freshness and flavor.
Crafting the perfect crackers and cookies takes care, and we never take shortcuts. Our commercial bakery is located in Sonoma County, and our backyard is home to some of the best ingredients available.
