"Bright, fresh, & vegetal, Grassy Eden celebrates the plants bursting forth from their winter slumber. With a gorgeous natural color evoking the mosses of our local rainforest, it captivates with notes of lovage and lemon balm with the freshness of pea shoots. Floating on a nose of spring flowers, it is anchored by a bright bitterness highlighted with Cascade hops.

Sennza Finne is amari made with the abundance of local, wild botanicals in mind, focusing on natural cycles, the creation process, and creating drinks that are herbaceous and reflect the region.

"Senza fine" is Italian for "without end," symbolizing our vision for enduring flavors and experiences. 

Co-Founder’s Joey and Gillian spent years behind the bar in Seattle’s restaurant scene, developing a deep respect for balance, technique, and hospitality. That hands-on experience shaped Sennza Finne.
