Gently crafted with young-vine Ribolla Gialla from renowned Friulano producer I Clivi, Sfera’s litre Bianco is a refreshing, detailed white with honeycomb, white flowers, and depth of fruit driven to a classy finish. It’s an aperitivo with enough character and oomf to match seafoods, clear broths, and light white pasta dishes. Value for money is a notable strength of Sfera’s range – a point we will surely make time and again.

From the Alps to the Mediterranean, SFERA is a collaboration with small certified-organic farmers to bottle litres in limited runs. Turf the same-same ‘glou glou’ that is on repeat everywhere and welcome these accessible, diverse wines of place, purity, and variety. Wunderkind Alto Piemontese enologist Cristiano Garella gives his gift to this extraordinary suit of wines.

Our project was born in 2020. We collaborate with artesanal producers from all over Italy. Our wines represent different terroirs in Italy. We like to be simple: Sfera Bianco, Sfera Macerato, Sfera Rosato, Sfera Rosso. We use 1 Liter bottles with crown caps.

The main winemaker is Cristiano Garella, who makes sure that his wines are created with clear intention: low intervention, low alcohol, low sulphites, and low sugar.

Every winery is organic certified. These are organic Italian table wines to share with friends and family in an easy, fun, and relaxed environment.
