Beti means "always" in Euskara, the language of Basque Country. A fitting name, as in Beti is your always-in-the-fridge cider. It tastes dry, bright, and fresh like a summer day on the river. Expect notes of pineapple and lemon with Beti’s unique blend using 60% Gravenstein and 40% Muscadet de Dieppe apples.

Same name, different rainfall, chill hours, brix, light hours, average temperature, harvest dates, pollination patterns, variety ratios, fermentation temp, cap dates, racking dates, blend date. The fresh 2024 Harvest of Beti is here. Each year is different, each harvest is unique and each cider reflects that special combination of time and place. The new vintage is a blend of 60% Gravenstein from Hood River and 40% Muscadet de Dieppe from the Willamette Valley. The result? A killer, light and bright natural cider ready for a day of long pours at the beach or a backyard BBQ. Beti is fermented in stainless steel to preserve the zesty flavors of lemon, lime, pineapple and salt.
