Aromas of demerara sugar, dark chocolate, Christmas cake, almonds, toffee, and oak greet you initially, followed by a creamy palate: raisins, dark chocolate, figs, marzipan, brazil nuts and vanilla. The finish reveals the oak and sherry influence, with a smack of leather lingering for a good couple of minutes.

Bottled 2025. Distilled using Springbank’s famously hands-on, floor-malt–to–bottle process, the whisky matures predominantly in first-fill and refill Oloroso sherry casks, allowing layers of dark fruit, polished oak and gentle coastal peat to intertwine over a decade and a half. Bottled at the house strength of 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered, and natural in color, this expression delivers a sumptuous, perfectly balanced dram that epitomises Springbank’s rugged elegance.
