Nose - Maraschino cherries, fudge, treacle, dates, brandy butter.
Palate - Brown sugar, ginger, raisins, red currant jelly.
Finish - Sweet sticky toffee pudding, black currant, tarragon.

Hazelburn is produced at the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland. Springbank is one of the finest distilleries in the world by any measure. They are one of the few distilleries in Scotland to do every step of the whisky making process in house, from floor malting the barley all the way to bottling and labeling the finished product.

The Hazelburn range takes its name from one of Campbeltown’s lost distilleries and was first produced at Springbank Distillery in 1997. Making full use of all three stills, this range is triple distilled and unpeated, resulting in a spirit that is more delicate, lighter, and creamier than either Springbank or Longrow, the other two malt whiskies produced there. 

The Hazelburn Sherry Wood is an annually released limited edition matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry casks, providing a stark contrast to the fully Bourbon-matured Hazelburn 10 year old. This is the 2026 edition, aged for 7 years in ex-Oloroso casks.
