Vineyard(s): Sourced from vineyards across Mendocino and Sonoma - Pickled Pelican Farms, Rhodes Vineyard, and San Antonio Creek Vineyard

Method: The Zinfandel is sourced from a coastal vineyard which was planted in 1870. It sees a longer maceration of two days. The rest of the wine is all direct pressed. It’s aged in a combination of 500L and 225L barrels for 18 months.
