Lavender, strawberry, lemongrass, tobacco, and white pepper on the nose. Bright raspberry, sour cherry, rose petal, rosehip, and herbes de garigue on the palate. Textural, taut, and mineral, with lively acidity and a long, saline finish.

90% Cabernet Franc, 10% Grolleau. Biodynamic farming. Grey schist, rhyolite, and clay soils. 25-plus-year-old vines planted by Boudignon using massal selection. Guyot-Poussard trained. 

Ambient yeast fermentation. No malolactic fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks. No fining or filtration mentioned.
