The vineyard was created in 2000 by Jean-Christophe who joined forces with his two sons Lucien and Baptiste on August 1, 2020. Located in the towns of Saint Sorlin en Bugey and Lagnieu , the estate now has 17 different grape varieties, including some forgotten varieties. The vines extend over 6.3 Ha, where white, red, or rosé wines are produced, with or without bubbles. Several types of soil are found on the property: clay-limestone scree on the south-west facing hillsides with slopes reaching 60% in places and Rhone fluvio-glacial complexes for the rest. The estate has been run biodynamically since 2009, certified by Demeter.
