Certified organic and biodynamic. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts. 20 months elevage on lees in large old oak barrels. It's full-bodied and full-flavored, offering a nose reminiscent of reductive chardonnay, and a palate of soft yellow fruit with acid to balance. Succulent & dry, this is truly unique riesling.

FUSO is a project in the spirit of what people from Europe still do today: once a year they visit their favorite local producer to fill up large glass demijohns that they later siphon off into smaller bottles at home. Every year they collaborate with their favorite organic farmers to siphon off and bottle only the most delicious and characterful wines from classic and off-the-radar growing areas.
