Aromas of sweet cooked agave and warm spices, with hints of vanilla and toasted oak. Smooth palate, with caramel, honey, and subtle spice. Sweet agave, hints of dried fruit, and a touch of butterscotch before a clean, lingering finish.

Zumbador is produced at Destileria El Sabino (NOM 1643) in Jesús María, in the highlands of Jalisco, under the direction of Roberto Lopez Anaya, a fourth-generation agave grower, who oversees every stage of production. 

The Lopez family has been growing agave in Jalisco for four generations. El Sabino has 1,000 acres of land with 1.5 million agaves planted. They focus on perfecting cultivation and distillation techniques that shine through every bottle.
